AI Interview Assistant For HireVue

AI interview helper for HireVue. InterviewStorm hears each question in the live HireVue interview and shows a clear answer in seconds, hidden from screen share. Free 10-minute session, from $9.99/mo.

HireVue interviews are often one-way: you see a question on screen and record your answer, with a short time to think. The InterviewStorm AI interview assistant helps you structure each answer quickly, using the STAR method and examples from your resume.

How it works on HireVue

  1. Add your resume and the job post before you start.
  2. Read the question on screen as HireVue shows it.
  3. Get a short STAR outline (Situation, Task, Action, Result) built from your own experience.
  4. Record your answer in your own words, using the outline as a guide.

What it helps with

  • Behavioral questions with real examples from your resume.
  • “Why this company” and “Why this role” answers tied to the job post.
  • Short, clear outlines that fit the time limit.

Your screen stays private

One-way video interviews record your camera and your answer. The InterviewStorm window stays on your own display.

Tips for HireVue interviews

  • Practice with the HireVue practice questions if the invitation offers them.
  • Use your thinking time to pick one clear example. Do not try to cover everything.
  • Look at the camera, not at your own video, while you record.

Use it the right way

InterviewStorm is built for practice, preparation, and interviews where AI help is allowed. Check the rules of each interview and follow them.
