Refund Policy

Try InterviewStorm with the free session before you pay. If a paid plan still does not work for you, here is how refunds work.

First purchase

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have used less than 60 minutes of live sessions in total.

Technical problems

If InterviewStorm does not work on a supported platform and our support team cannot fix it, we will refund your current billing period, whenever it happens.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable, except for technical problems as described above. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your next billing date. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How to ask

Email support@interviewstorm.com from the address on your account. Tell us the date of the payment and, for technical problems, what happened. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
