Check if you can get a refund for InterviewStorm Unlimited and learn how to ask for one.

The full rules are in the refund policy. Here is the short version.

Full refund

Unlimited is a one-time payment of $30 for one month. You can get a full refund if both of these are true:

  • You ask within 7 days of the payment.
  • You used less than 60 minutes of live sessions in total.

Technical problems

Maybe the app does not work on a supported platform, and support cannot fix it. Then you can get a refund for the month you paid for, at any time.

No renewals

Unlimited is not a subscription. Nothing renews, so you are never charged again unless you buy another month yourself. Each month you buy is a separate payment.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email support@interviewstorm.com from the address on your account. You can also use the contact page.
  2. Say that you want a refund.
  3. Add the date of the payment.
  4. For a technical problem, say what happened.

Approved refunds go back to the card or method you paid with. This takes 5 to 10 business days (working days, not weekends or holidays).

What happens after a refund

  • A full refund ends your access to the paid plan.
  • A chargeback also ends your access. A chargeback is when you ask your bank or card company to take the money back.

Contact support first. It is usually faster than a chargeback.

Nothing to cancel

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no future payment to stop. A refund gives back money you already paid, and it ends your access. See Buy Unlimited, and what happens after the month.

Try before you pay

The free trial gives you 20 minutes, with no credit card. Use it to check that the app works on your computer before you pay. See What the free trial includes.

Prices and plan details are on the pricing page.
